Is Lassiters Erinsborough a hotel or serviced apartment?
It’s both! Several of our rooms are part of our Eclipse Serviced Apartments. We also have a beautiful Penthouse suite with panoramic views of the city (this is currently unavailable as our manager resides there - for now).
I’m scared of heights. How safe are your balconies?
Despite a number of regretful incidents, we have a superb safety record. Our former manager who nearly fell from the rooftop admitted liability for this unfortunate incident in 2021. There were also two separate incidents involving the hotel owner and his brother many years ago, but after thorough investigations - no fault was ever found with Lassiters.
Is the hotel safe?
Yes, despite various incidents over the years beyond our control (a freak storm, a fire and two explosions) the hotel has an exemplary safety record.
Is there more than one lift? I have a lot of luggage!
Despite the many floors and rooms we have, we’ve always found that our one lift seems to do the job!
Is there any outdoor spaces at Lassiters in the summer months? Would love to work on my tan.
There is The Waterhole, and our Mezzanine restaurant which are lovely dining areas. We also have the pool. Unfortunately due to an incident beyond our control, The Flamingo Bar had to be shut indefinitely.
Do you have any wedding packages?
We do! We have different event packages for any occasion, but our big wedding packages are our specialty. We are currently offering a discount if it is your 3rd, 4th, 5th or even 6th wedding! (Our hotel owner even took advantage of this fantastic offer recently himself!)
Is Lassiters a 5 star hotel? It says 4 on other websites.
We were a 5 star hotel for many years, but due to unfortunate incidents (including hidden cameras being found in our guest rooms) we sadly lost our 5th star. But rest assured, we are working hard to get back our 5th star soon.
